Biopsied lymph node in an HIV-positive 32 y-o Thai male (HE). In the cytoplasm of multinucleated giant cells, tachyzoites of T. gondii are clustered. Systemic toxoplasmosis is a serious complication in AIDS patients (refer to cases 96, 126 and 231). |
