　 Multifocal necrotizing brain lesions accompanying visual dysfunction and convulsion 　
　 　 　 　

　

 　 A large irregular-shaped necrotic lesion is seen at the base of left frontal lobe (gross findings). Similar lesions were also seen in the right hemisphere and cerebellum.
