Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) in a 50 y-o female (HE).

The necrotic epidermis is easily peeled off (Nikolsky phenomenon). Life-threatening TEN is most often caused by drug allergy. No bacteria are seen in the lesion. | ||
